The Career Nudge assumes you already have some sense of your direction, whether from Build Your Career By Design or from your own reflection. If you are still working out where you want to go, you can still take the course, but you will probably want to spend extra time on the early modules, or start with the direction-finding course first.
This is also not a job-search toolkit. You will not find resume writing or interview technique here. The course is about the underlying behavioral system that turns a clear intention into repeated action.
A realistic picture of the workload
The pace is intentionally light, at about 20 to 30 minutes of video per day, followed by a couple of hours of workbook time over the five days. That is manageable for a busy professional, but it does mean the workbooks are where most of the value is created. Anyone planning to watch the videos and skip the exercises will get much less from it.
What happens after checkout
