If you are not currently leading anyone, you will still learn from it, but the exercises will feel more theoretical.
Where it fits
Transformative Leadership is a standalone certificate and does not lead into another credential. It is also not process-management training: there is nothing here about performance-review mechanics or project tracking. Readers who want a longer, more structured study of their own leadership judgment may later look at the Diploma in Professional Leadership Development.
